You will join the backend service development team for an interoperable electronic health record platform, working with modern technologies and learning about the international HL7 FHIR standard—a key standard in the healthcare domain. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services in AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, ECS) Implement REST APIs following documentation standards (OpenAPI) Participate in integrations with external healthcare systems Write unit and integration tests Collaborate on code reviews and maintain technical documentation Work alongside functional analysts and QA to validate clinical records A leading company in comprehensive health management, offering health services designed and tailored to the needs of each segment within the healthcare sector—including individuals, corporate enterprises, SMEs, and public or private health funders. Requirements ️ Requirements Experience with Node.js \+ TypeScript Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS) **REST API development:** design, consumption, versioning.
