In this role, you will transform every management task into the continuity of care delivered directly to the patient's home—enabling more people to live longer and better. **Responsibilities** * Receive and analyze home care service requests from patients assigned to your portfolio: home-based care (equipment and medications). * Identify service availability with providers and suppliers, respecting the assignment matrix defined by quality and cost of service delivery. * Request budget quotations from providers outside the assignment matrix—where no agreed-upon services exist (e.g., cases from interior regions of the country). * Request service authorizations from SMMP and/or third-party clients, as applicable. * Manage service renewal authorizations with clients, then issue service renewals or terminations to providers, followed by service activation for patients. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment provided at patients’ homes to verify usage, and arrange equipment retrieval if no longer in use. * Record all services rendered, incidents of any kind, and contacts in the CRM of the management system to keep each patient’s information up to date. * Manage receipt, analysis, and resolution of complaints received via SGI from SMMP. * Handle complaints from patients assigned to your portfolio, analyzing root causes and generating appropriate resolutions; communicate solutions to patients and formally close complaints. * Actively participate in the ISO Standards Certification process. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and capacity to work within defined processes under supervision. * Responsibility and commitment. **Benefits** Preferential access to Swiss Medical products and services (surety, home, auto, retirement, life, savings, and Swiss Medical Cells insurance).
