A prominent laboratory located in the southern zone is seeking to hire a Purchasing Analyst: Purpose of the Position: To assist the department in ensuring the supply of all company resources and optimizing costs while maintaining the quality standards required by the company. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: ● Provide support to the purchasing department to achieve overall supply for the entire company (production inputs, maintenance, and consumables). ● Support the company’s logistics manager by coordinating material delivery and receipt. ● Request quotations from suppliers. ● Negotiate prices with suppliers. ● Prepare comparative supplier and price tables. ● Issue purchase orders and other related documentation. ● Track executed purchases. ● Maintain constant communication with logistics, administration, carriers, warehouse, and construction sites. ● Enter area-related information into the system. ● Archive departmental documentation. ● Conduct periodic inventory control. ● Monitor and update area-related expenses.
