Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Web PM to manage web projects end-to-end, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and serve as the liaison with clients—with a strong focus on product and communication. Lead the full lifecycle of web projects We are looking for a Web PM with experience managing websites end-to-end, clients, and multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Do: Manage web projects (WordPress/WooCommerce and custom code development: , Laravel, React, PHP). Define scope, roadmap, priorities, and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams (development, design, UX/UI, content, SEO). Serve as the liaison with clients, ensuring clarity and quality in every delivery. Budget with vendors and collaborate with the commercial team on cost architecture. Analyze metrics (Analytics, site performance) and propose improvements. Lead the full lifecycle: discovery → design → development → QA → launch. ✔ Mandatory Requirements Proven experience managing web projects from start to finish. Experience launching websites on WordPress/WooCommerce. Experience coordinating teams and managing clients. Ability to understand technical workflows in code-based projects (programming skills not required). Experience in budgeting, analyzing quotations, and building cost structures. Knowledge of UX/UI applied to websites. Proficiency in data and metrics for decision-making. Plus (non-mandatory) Experience managing web development in programming environments. Designing web interfaces and user flows in Figma. Intermediate English. Residing in the Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) North Zone and/or having personal transportation.
