Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships Empresa de Marketing & Ads We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our marketing and creative campaigns. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and collaborative leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and fostering strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities ️ Plan & Execute: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and fostering strong relationships. Monitor Progress: Keep a close eye on project progress, identifying and resolving issues quickly to ensure smooth delivery. Budget Oversight: Oversee budgets, ensuring projects remain financially viable while delivering exceptional value to clients. Bridge the Gap: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between creative, strategy, production, and account teams. Lead Meetings: Run project meetings, capturing updates, and action items, and ensuring accountability among all team members. ️ Process Improvement: Implement and refine project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes constantly. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and ensure external partners meet all project requirements. Post-Mortems: Conduct wrap-up meetings to evaluate project performance, celebrate wins, and share lessons learned. Requisitos: ️ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or advertising agency setting. Problem Solver: Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills with a highly proactive approach. Multitasking Ninja: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often juggling tight deadlines without breaking a sweat. ️ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp, Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. ️ Client-Facing: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a heavy focus on relationship building. Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital, print, and video production processes. Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to assess project metrics and improve future performance. Beneficios Industry: Marketing & Advertising Agency Contract Type: 12-month Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (ART / Argentina Time) ️ Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English
