This role combines project management skills, administrative tasks, and technical knowledge in a dynamic, multitasking environment. Essential Requirements: Experience in coordination or technology/systems project management roles. Demonstrated ability in management, control, and report generation. Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems (focused on point-of-sale support). Understanding of basic infrastructure, including structured cabling. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proactive profile with autonomy and strong eagerness to learn and grow. Desirable Requirements: Experience with mobile device management (MDM) systems such as SOTI or SUSE. Knowledge of SAP for asset loading. Prior experience in the retail sector or in companies with multiple branches. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and execute multiple concurrent projects. EXAMPLE: Renewal of 1500 PCs and notebooks. Store openings and renovations, and technological equipment upgrades (e.g., scales). Team and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate internal staff and assigned infrastructure vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality (e.g., structured cabling, installations). Asset and Inventory Management: Conduct thorough hardware inventory tracking, manage logistics with the warehouse, coordinate equipment returns, and process asset purchases—including information entry into SAP. Technical Support and Knowledge: Provide basic support and manage incidents related to store infrastructure, including point-of-sale systems (Linux-based checkout lines) and general equipment knowledge. Administration and Reporting: Prepare management reports, create progress presentations, monitor project advancement, and keep administrative documentation up to date. Mobile Device Management (MDM): Knowledge of platforms such as SOTI or SUSE for device management is desirable.
