The company delivers high performance connectivity solutions and works with enterprise customers worldwide. In this role, you will be part of the Carrier\&Colocation Procurement function, responsible for managing supplier relationships, driving commercial negotiations, and ensuring efficient procurement operations across global telecom infrastructure. **What You’ll Do:** **Strategic responsibilities** * Participate in supplier performance review meetings * Evaluate supplier landscape and identify optimization opportunities * Support supplier selection and onboarding processes * Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and development * Conduct commercial negotiations and drive cost optimization initiatives * Identify contract gaps and support MSA improvements and implementation * Drive and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs processes * Support preferred supplier list implementation **Operational responsibilities** * Manage backbone and infrastructure\-related quotes within assigned region * Handle commercial negotiations for new and existing colocation agreements * Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) via Salesforce * Request and validate Service Order Forms (SOFs) * Ensure accurate commercial validation of orders and documentation * Coordinate with Delivery teams for order execution * Manage contract changes (renewals, upgrades, downgrades, terminations) * Handle invoice validation and resolve disputes with vendors Maintain accurate supplier inventory and data * **About You** * 10\+ years of experience in telecom environment, preferably in procurement or carrier\-related roles * Strong understanding of telecom carrier market, colocation, and infrastructure services * Proven experience in vendor/supplier management and commercial negotiations * High level of commercial awareness and analytical skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure * Structured, detail\-oriented, and well\-organized Fluent English * **Core Competencies** * Strong planning and organizational skills * Ability to work in fast\-paced and high\-pressure environments * Proactive and инициативний (краще замінити на англ: proactive and self\-driven) * Team player with strong collaboration mindset High level of accountability and ownership * **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on a global telecom project with real business impact * International environment and cross\-functional collaboration * Continuous learning and career growth opportunities * Professional training and language classes * Medical insurance and mental health support * Flexible working hours * Benefits program covering sports, hobbies, and well\-being * Inclusive and supportive company culture **About Us** Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.
