We are currently seeking a Process Analyst to drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation. Main Responsibilities Map and analyze operational and administrative processes. Design flowcharts and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Participate in digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence projects. Collaborate with various departments to implement improvements and ensure their adoption. Design and monitor management indicators (KPIs). Prepare reports and present progress and results of initiatives. Manage and maintain the Process Catalog up to date. Requirements 4 years of experience in process analysis and improvement. Knowledge of process mapping and documentation tools. Experience in automation, digital transformation, and AI (Power Automate, Copilot, Claude). Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
