Development of production-ready designs At PinPanPun Indumentaria, we are looking to add a person to our design team to work on developing graduation jackets and t-shirts, with a focus on: Adapting customer ideas into clear, marketable, and production-ready designs. This is not an artistic position, but rather a productive and dynamic one, involving constant interaction with the team and real orders. Main Responsibilities Developing and adapting designs according to customer orders. Preparing files for production (sublimation / DTG). Quality control of designs prior to production. Adjustments and corrections based on feedback. Organization and tracking of active designs. Collaborative work with sales and production. Requirements Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in graphic design (preferably applied to products or printing). Fast, practical, and solution-oriented profile. Strong visual judgment and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and changes. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. Especially Valued Experience in the textile or printing industry. Knowledge of production processes.
