




At Remitee, we are looking for an **Operational Support Analyst** to join our Payments Operations team. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Provide direct support to our customers by resolving assigned cases. * Ensure excellent service quality for our customers. * Collaborate with other departments to guarantee resolution of assigned cases. * Extract and manipulate information from various databases. * Identify operational deviations and implement necessary corrective actions. * Analyze available data to improve operational performance indicators and monitoring dashboards. **What are we looking for?** * Problem-solving ability. * Interpersonal skills and teamwork capability. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred). * Availability to work weekend and holiday shifts (mandatory). * Familiarity with ticket management tools (e.g., Jira)
