Promote clear, approachable communication that respects diverse perspectives. · Your responsibilities will include: · EMERGENCIES: Responding to and resolving emergencies arising in your assigned region during working hours; followed by rotating on-call shifts with the rest of the team for emergencies across all company stores outside working hours, on weekends, and holidays. Ensure compliance with maintenance contracts. This includes: Monitoring and supervising contracted maintenance companies, alerting on contract breaches or unsatisfactory maintenance outcomes at retail locations. You must ensure compliance with the mandatory basic maintenance plan defined in the manual (preventive visits, PAT, air conditioning tuning, up-to-date fire extinguishers). Minor Construction Works (OMEI): Planning and coordination. This includes: Managing preliminary project development, feasibility/cost evolution, full project development, correction and approval workflows by Retail. Tracking execution of works until completion, ensuring correct implementation. In all cases, resource optimization at minimal cost is sought while complying with brand standards set by the Head Office and aligning with guidelines for efficient use of display and operational space in stores. Air Conditioning: Ensure proper functioning of store equipment under your responsibility; maintain records of service requests and track resolution status and associated expenses. Invoice Receipt, Control, and Processing: Receive invoices, verify CECO (cost center), and confirm task completion before releasing balances. Monthly review of maintenance service orders/compliance forms to detect observations, omissions, or non-compliances. Review material usage forms to authorize corresponding payments. Channel internal communications: Coordinate and communicate monthly maintenance schedules; coordinate and communicate scheduled works; coordinate and communicate service surveys and other related communications. Data Consolidation: Conduct site inspections and satisfaction surveys; update databases; convert paper blueprints to AutoCAD format and AutoCAD files to PDF; consolidate preventive maintenance reports from suppliers to distribute to other relevant departments within the company—e.g., Retail. · We value: Basic knowledge of Safety and Hygiene. Advanced expertise in construction-related problem solving (wet and dry construction, all types of roofing, sanitary and electrical installations, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, metalwork). Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
