Communication with stores and internal departments regarding incidents. Procurement and management of Facilities services (Staff, CM, Logistics, and Operations): tracking of Operations service requests: water dispensers, pest control, monitoring, music licensing entities, mobile telephony, fixed telephony, internet, vending machines, snacks, cleaning, landscaping, air fresheners. Coordination of occasional works at stores. Purchase order management and follow-up. Billing control, validation of delivered services, and coordination with Administration for allocation and payment. Supplier performance evaluation and follow-up. Definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs), and proposal of improvements or supplier consolidation. Control of service billing and submission of allocated invoices to Administration. Follow-up on supplier payments. Maintain updated cost center database for payroll. Update and administration of service database (stores and staff). Management of onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. Coordination of corporate services (catering, cleaning, general office support). Contract management and archiving. Billing control of travel agencies via Blue Docs requests and preparation of monthly expense reports by cost center. Support for new store openings, ensuring service availability and adherence to operational timelines.
