Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional committed to ensuring gastronomic excellence and an exceptional guest experience through efficient planning, preparation, and service of dishes with meticulous attention to detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistency among kitchen, dining room, and bar, maintaining excellence standards, appropriate timing, and careful attention to every detail of the product offered. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare products and dishes according to defined standards • Perform mise en place • Ensure aesthetic presentation aligned with the venue’s concept • Monitor usage and storage of raw materials • Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations • Coordinate dish service timing with the dining room • Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area • Report requirements for replenishment of supplies Key Competencies: • Organization and planning • Attention to detail • Agility and precision • Teamwork • Operational responsibility • Care for products and environment Requirements: • Culinary education or experience in gastronomic cuisine • Knowledge of safe food handling • Orderliness, neatness, and methodical work approach • Ability to maintain pace and precision during service • Aesthetic sensitivity in dish presentation • Collaborative attitude and teamwork skills • Responsibility in handling supplies and equipment Working Hours: 7 hours per day, 1 day off per week. Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:00 PM–12:00 AM; Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 6:00 PM–1:00 AM; Sundays and Mondays off.
