Our mission is to serve as the heart of a sustainable technology ecosystem that strengthens public policy, delivers competitive solutions, and attracts innovative talent. · We Are Looking For: Data Center Coordinator The main challenge of this position is to guarantee continuous operationality, security, and availability of the data center’s physical infrastructure, ensuring proper functioning of critical supporting systems such as HVAC, electrical power, and fire protection. We seek a professional experienced in critical infrastructure who can coordinate maintenance, supervise vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance—contributing to business operational continuity in 24/7 environments. · Location: CABA Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 hrs · Main Responsibilities We seek a professional capable of coordinating and supervising the data center’s physical infrastructure to ensure its safe and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include: Supervising the operation of critical support systems: precision HVAC, electrical power (UPS and generators), fire suppression systems, and environmental monitoring. Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure. Conducting periodic data center inspections and documenting results. Planning and executing contingency tests and disaster recovery drills. Managing technical documentation, manuals, and operational protocols. Managing relationships with specialized technical vendors. Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with electrical safety, environmental, and fire safety regulations. Monitoring service indicators (KPIs / SLAs) and preparing operational status reports for the data center. · What We’re Looking For · Profile Technical leadership and ability to coordinate teams or vendors. High level of accountability and attention to detail. Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. Ability to manage critical situations in high-availability environments. · Technical Requirements 3–5 years of experience in data center or critical infrastructure operations and maintenance. Knowledge of electrical power systems (UPS, generators), precision HVAC, and fire suppression systems. Experience with contingency protocols and operational continuity. Proficiency in technical documentation and maintenance management tools. · Education Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
