Professional development opportunities We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and highly detail-oriented Ticket Generator to join our team at a real estate developer. Main Responsibilities: Preparing sales tickets for both new reservations and construction-stage transfers Collaborating with the Sales and Treasury departments to ensure proper management of each transaction Verifying information using internal systems (Pecas, simulator, and Doli) to ensure data accuracy Performing pre-signature adjustments and managing corrections requested by the trustee Continuously tracking transactions in coordination with advisors, cell managers, and the commercial manager Promptly communicating completed documents to advisors, supervisors, and Inversegur via standard channels Requirements: Prior administrative experience in the real estate sector Knowledge of sales processes (preferred) Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven profile Proficiency in administrative tools and systems We Value: Experience with real estate developers Ability to organize and track multiple concurrent transactions Strong communication skills We Offer: Joining a growing company Positive work environment Professional development opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Age: 25 years or older
