Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Architect with experience in construction technical offices, to develop and optimize the executive project. Key Highlights: 1. Executive Project Development and Technical Documentation 2. Design and Resolution of Construction Details 3. Coordination of Engineering/Installations Position Objective: We seek a proactive Architect with solid experience in construction technical offices, preferably for horizontal property projects. The primary function will be the preparation, development, and optimization of the executive project and the necessary technical documentation to efficiently support daily construction activities, ensuring information is accurate, standardized, and executable. Main Responsibilities: * Executive Project Development: Complete preparation of executive drawings (general plans, sections, elevations, setting-out drawings, etc). * Construction Details: Design and resolution of detailed drawings (junctions, carpentry, finishes, critical construction nodes) to ensure constructability. * Construction Drawings: Generation and updating of technical documentation for field personnel, ensuring they always work with the latest approved version. * Coordination of Engineering/Installations: Integration of architectural drawings with structural and installation projects to identify and resolve interferences prior to execution. · Profile Requirements (Hard Skills) * Education: Graduated Architect (mandatory). * Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles within technical offices for medium- or large-scale residential construction projects (horizontal property buildings / large-scale developments). * Computer Tools: * Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit/Archicad) focused on executive documentation will be highly valued. · * Technical Knowledge: Strong construction judgment, familiarity with current market materials, and knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
