Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Architect/Engineer to lead construction projects, with a strong focus on achieving construction objectives related to quality, cost, and schedule, as well as excellent teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership of civil and/or industrial construction projects 2. End-to-end project management: costs, budgets, and quality 3. Personnel supervision and construction execution control We are a construction company looking for an ARCHITECT/ENGINEER to manage construction sites located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Greater Buenos Aires, and the Interior of Argentina. Candidates must demonstrate at least two years of solid experience in civil and/or industrial construction, oriented toward meeting company-defined objectives for each project in terms of construction methodology, quality, cost, and schedule. Requirements: - Must be a university graduate or about to graduate; proactive, responsible, and a strong team player; willing to travel to construction sites and reside temporarily in the Interior of Argentina (mandatory requirement). The candidate will be responsible for cost control, budgeting, certifications, and measurements. - Construction execution control. - Personnel supervision.
