Perform cross-checks to identify discrepancies in billing and/or fraud. Responsibilities: * Audit of collections, billing, and machine operations. * Generation of hypotheses, improvement proposals, conflict resolutions, and innovative conclusions. * Creation of reports, charts, and dashboards with an emphasis on aesthetics, to clearly convey ideas for decision-making. * Propose improvements. * Export, clean, and load data as effectively as possible, including automation of the process. * Generate information for specific purposes. Technical Competencies * Microsoft Power BI * Knowledge of statistics. * Proficiency in specialized tools and software for data manipulation. * Data analysis.
