Job Summary: We are seeking talent to ensure payroll and social security contributions settlement, maintain updated salary bands, and support other business units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely and accurate payroll and social security contributions settlement. 2. Keep salary bands updated in current systems. 3. Stay up to date with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreement salary adjustments. At Avalian, we are constantly looking for talent to join our team in the CABA offices! What will be your main challenges? Ensure that payroll and social security contributions are processed within scheduled timelines and in compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain updated salary bands in current systems (Mercer). Monitor incoming updates and implement them across relevant systems. Stay informed about changes in labor legislation as well as salary adjustments under the collective bargaining agreement. Provide support to other business units within the company.
