Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sanitation piping systems, including problem detection and resolution, preventive maintenance, and fixture repair. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of water and sanitation systems. 2. Detection and resolution of issues in hotel facilities. 3. Collaboration in general hotel maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and maintenance of cold/hot water pipes and sanitation systems. Detection and resolution of leaks, seepage, and blockages in hotel facilities. Preventive and corrective maintenance of drainage and sewer systems. Installation and repair of sanitary fixtures (faucets, toilets, valves, pumps, etc.). Verification of proper operation of water circuits and hydraulic systems. Basic interpretation of sanitation system blueprints and layouts. Compliance with safety and hygiene standards during operational tasks.
