Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Rolling Operator to assist the machine operator in ensuring the rolling mill operates correctly and production standards are met. Key Highlights: 1. Technical assistance in coil loading and material weighing 2. Operational management of technical sheets, work orders, scrap, and cone cutting 3. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP We seek a Rolling Operator responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to the machine operator to ensure proper operation of the rolling mill and compliance with production standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Assistance:** Collaborate with the machine operator to load coils and perform precise material weighing before and after the process. * **Operational Management:** Identify technical sheets and work orders, and manage scrap and cone cutting. * **System Control:** Record unproductive time, register returns in the system, and request materials from the department supervisor. * **Quality and Safety:** Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to food safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (preferred but not mandatory). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid foundation in **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, food safety, and **HACCP** systems (preferred but not mandatory). * **Availability:** Ability to work **rotating shifts**. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and commitment to teamwork. * Organization and responsibility in material handling. * Adaptability to change and mental flexibility.
