Business Process Analysis and Improvement A leading Pharmaceutical Laboratory Group dedicated to manufacturing medicinal specialties under GMP standards is seeking an IT Manager: Main Responsibilities * ERP System Administration and Maintenance * System Configuration and Parameterization * User and Permission Management * System Performance and Security Monitoring * Data Backup and Recovery * Application of Updates and Patches * Implementation of New Functionalities and Modules: * Requirements Analysis * Solution Design and Development * Testing and Production Deployment * Change Documentation * Training Course Delivery * Business Process Analysis and Improvement: * Identification of Improvement Opportunities * Generation of Reports and Data Analysis Requirements Academic Qualifications: * University degree in Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Professional Experience: * Proven experience in ERP system administration and management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. * Experience implementing new ERP functionalities and modules. * Experience in technical support and user training. * In-depth knowledge of one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tango, Capataz). * Database knowledge (e.g., SQL Server). * Operating system knowledge (e.g., Windows Server).
