You will work closely with commercial, medical, government affairs, finance and external stakeholders. These responsibilities include some of the following: * Develop and execute market access plans tailored to current portfolio needs and upcoming launches. * Build and maintain constructive relationships with payers, health insurers, government agencies and healthcare institutions. * Prepare and present value propositions and reimbursement dossiers to payers and decision makers. * Monitor pricing, reimbursement and policy changes and translate insights into practical access actions. * Work cross\-functionally with commercial, medical, finance and government affairs to align on access priorities. * Track access metrics and identify opportunities to improve coverage and uptake. **Why You?** **Basic Qualification** We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals * University degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, Economics or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. * Experience working with national and provincial health systems in Argentina. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear access actions. * Proven experience developing value propositions, reimbursement submissions or payer engagement plans. * Advanced written and spoken English. **Preferred Qualification** If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus * Experience specific to Specialty or onco\-hematology access strategies. * Prior negotiation experience with public payers, private insurers or health maintenance organizations. * Familiarity with health technology assessment processes and budget impact modelling. * Proven ability to influence cross\-functional stakeholders and senior decision makers. **What you will bring** * Clear and simple communication.
