Project Engineer – Las Heras, Mendoza **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work mode:** On-site We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join an important engineering SME located in Las Heras, Mendoza. The company specializes in industrial machinery and robotics solutions, and is looking for a proactive profile with initiative, strong management skills, and results orientation. **Main responsibilities:** Planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. Development of schedules, resource allocation, and budget control. Definition of technical specifications, prototype development, and concept testing. Coordination with internal departments (production, procurement, quality) and supervision of external contractors. Participation in validations, quality control, and compliance with regulations. Identification of risks and continuous improvement in processes and projects. **Requirements:** Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience in technical project management (PMP certification or equivalent is desirable). Knowledge of applicable quality standards and regulations.
