A real opportunity to design and lead the logistics operation We are looking for a candidate with a relevant academic background such as Industrial Engineering or Logistics, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Logistics, Operational Warehouses, e-Commerce or Mercado Libre; Logistics Process Design or Optimization; organized and results-oriented, to perform tasks within a growing company. Main Responsibilities Design and implement the warehouse location system (layout, picking, replenishment). Centralize inventory in a master warehouse and define the roles of auxiliary warehouses. Optimize receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Implement internal replenishment processes among warehouses. Improve order preparation times and reduce operational errors. Physically organize the warehouse to maximize efficiency and scalability. Manage and coordinate the warehouse operational team. Propose and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes.
