Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock index. **Job Description** We have an opportunity for you—we are looking for a **Software Engineer Manager** for our Tech team: * Lead the strategy and execution of the Delivery experience roadmap, ensuring high-quality, high-impact solutions. * Foster quality throughout the development lifecycle and deployment processes to enable continuous value delivery. * Manage and optimize post-production monitoring and support strategies to ensure platform stability. * Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data teams to drive the development of optimal technical solutions. * Guide and support the professional development of the team, promoting technical alignment and removing impediments. **Requirements** * At least 2 years of experience managing software development teams using agile methodologies. * Experience in development, working with one or more of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, Golang, React, Android, or iOS. * Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, system integration, general solution design, databases, and scalability. **Additional Information** * Learn in a dynamic environment where you can fully explore your potential and ideas. * Work as a team, sharing knowledge, experiences, and challenges. * Have the ability to generate impact and create at every moment.
