A field technician responsible for equipment replacement and repair in the field, managing tickets within SLAs, recording interventions in systems, and ensuring proper customer service and asset control. Requirements Personal vehicle—(mandatory) and/or public transportation (in case of vehicle breakdown/repair). Knowledge of microcomputing and networking. Responsibilities 1. Incident Response and Resolution Diagnose and resolve technical failures in equipment (hardware/software). Handle assigned tickets within established SLAs. Escalate cases when appropriate (based on criticality or complexity). 2. On-site Interventions Visit customers for equipment installation, maintenance, or repair. Perform equipment additions, deletions, and relocations (ABM). Carry out hardware replacements (CPUs, printers, peripherals, etc.). 3. Asset Management Record equipment movements (installation, removal, replacement). Monitor assigned inventory (CPUs, PRINTERS, KEYBOARDS, ETC). Complete delivery notes for tasks performed. 4.
