




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the client's IT equipment park, monitoring network services, managing backups, supporting users, and administering Windows infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and monitoring of the client's IT infrastructure. 2. First-level technical support to users and incident management. 3. Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file security. CLIENT INTERACTION • Maintain the assigned clients' IT equipment park in good technical condition. • Monitor installed network services. • Ensure proper execution of the backup policy and report incidents. • Install new equipment with software provided by the client. • Provide first-level user support for equipment-related issues, resolving, prioritizing, and documenting incidents. • Create new user accounts. • Maintain fluent and proactive communication with staff. • Coordinate with technology vendors. TECHNICAL SKILLS • Install computers running the Windows operating system. • Install and uninstall software from various manufacturers and with different features. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Fundamental knowledge of computer connectivity using TCP/IP. • Foundational knowledge of Windows infrastructure administration: o Active Directory: create users and groups. o DNS: understand its function, start, and stop. o DHCP: understand its function, enable, and disable. o File system security (assign permissions, control inheritance and ownership). • Ability to address and resolve novel situations. • Technical English. • Incident and procedure documentation. . -Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 30 years old Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnología, technologist, support, support, soporte
