At América Virtual, we are hiring a key Technical Leader to guide our development teams on high-complexity and high-impact IT sector projects. Role Mission: Guide, supervise, and support the team to ensure projects are delivered effectively, efficiently, and with high quality. You will facilitate internal communication, resolve complex technical issues, promote best practices, and ensure project objectives align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Architecture and Solutions: Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions. Collaborate on planning and executing legacy system migrations. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, coordinate, and mentor development teams under agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Code Quality: Ensure application of best practices across the full development lifecycle—testing and deployment—guaranteeing test-driven development (TDD). Security and Compliance: Oversee implementation of software security measures (secure design and vulnerability handling) and regulatory compliance. Mandatory Requirements: Education: Advanced student and/or graduate in Computer Science or related fields. Leadership: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience serving as a Technical Leader. Backend Core: Strong development experience in the .NET ecosystem and C# language. Frontend Core: Proven practical experience using React or Vue.js. Architecture: Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, and deep understanding of SOLID principles. Engineering Practices: Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, and RESTful APIs. Concurrency and Containers: Experience with asynchronous processes, multithreading, and proficiency in Docker / Docker-compose. Desirable Qualifications (Preferred): Experience in banking, financial, or tax systems and fiscal collection regulatory projects. Development using NuxtJS or NextJS. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms. Skills and Competencies: Analytical thinking and strong results orientation.
