




Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Technical Leader to lead technical teams, ensure best practices in development and configuration, and participate in architecture definition and technical decision-making. Responsibilities Lead the team technically on SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring best practices in development and configuration. Participate in architecture definition and technical decision-making. Guide the team on complex and specific technical topics. Collaborate with Platform Towers, Discipline Teams, and Operational Support Areas. Participate in effort estimation and sprint planning together with Product Owners. Ensure technical standards, quality, and sustainability of solutions. Contribute to technical feasibility assessments and proposals for process and solution improvements. Collaborate in product evolution and identification of new business projects. Perform specific developments when required due to segregation of duties or project needs. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Knowledge of SAP development, customizing, transport orders, and SAP best practices. Experience in technical leadership or similar roles within SAP teams. In-depth knowledge of product processes and technological components. Experience working under agile methodologies. Excellent technical and functional communication skills. Desirable Requirements Previous experience in large-scale projects or complex corporate environments. Ability to work in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments.
