Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Leader to guide the team on complex development and architecture aspects, ensuring quality and promoting knowledge transfer. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Responsibilities Lead the team technically on complex SAP development, customization, and architecture topics. Participate in technical decision-making regarding tools, solutions, and best practices. Act as the technical product reference point for stakeholders and internal teams. Collaborate with Platform, Discipline, and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues. Participate in effort estimation and sprint planning together with Product Owners and the team. Ensure technical quality of solutions and proper application of best practices. Promote technical knowledge transfer within the team. Collaborate in technical feasibility assessments and proposals for process and solution improvements. Participate in product evolution and definition of new initiatives with the business. Contribute to development of technological components when required. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Solid knowledge of SAP Development, customization, and transport orders. Experience in SAP FI and CO modules. Experience leading or participating in complex technical decisions. Deep understanding of SAP processes and technological components. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments. Desirable Requirements Previous experience as a Tech Lead in SAP teams. Knowledge of SAP solution architecture. Experience in large-scale corporate environments.
