Job Search | Mechanical Designer – Oil & Gas A renowned industrial company in the Oil & Gas sector is currently seeking a Mechanical Designer to join its Engineering team. 📍 Work location: Pilar – Pilarica Industrial Park. Having personal transportation is ideal, given the limited public transport access in the area. Job Objective: To design and develop mechanical solutions for new products and processes destined for the Oil & Gas industry, ensuring proper industrialization, regulatory compliance, and optimization of costs, timelines, and production processes. Main Responsibilities: • Analysis and definition of technical requirements for each project. • Development of concepts, preliminary designs, and technical solutions. • Preparation of drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation. • Project follow-up from the design stage through to industrialization. • Coordination with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement departments. • Technical evaluation, testing, and validation. • Technical presentation and defense of projects before internal and external clients. Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. • Experience in the metal-mechanical industry, preferably related to Oil & Gas. • Knowledge of materials, processes, and sector-specific standards. • Proficiency in technical documentation and quality control. • Welding knowledge will be valued (not mandatory).
