




At Intertek we are currently looking for a Cost Estimation and Planning Technician **Location:** Puerto Madero, C.A.B.A. **Employment Type:** Full-time employment relationship **Work Model:** Hybrid Full-time position **Responsibilities:** Establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the Project. Develop the Project Work Schedule. Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan. Estimate the resources required for Project Management and their associated costs. Estimate Engineering Hours and their associated costs. Estimate Direct Labor Hours for Manufacturing, Construction and Assembly of the Project and their associated costs. Estimate Indirect Costs for Project Execution. Estimate Delivery and/or Manufacturing Times and the corresponding Costs of Materials and Equipment to be installed. Identify, quantify and analyze risks inherent to the Project. Update the Estimation database with actual prices and performance data. Collaborate with the Project team in the Analysis and Estimation of Project Scope Changes and Contractor Claims. Total Quality. Assured. Intermediate to advanced level of English (written). Proficiency in Excel, Project, and Access. Construction site experience. Experience in Quantity Surveying and Budgeting. Project Management experience in the Petrochemical Industry. Knowledge of Piping, Structural Steel, Sheet Metal Fabrication and/or Mechanical Equipment (Static and Rotating), electricity and instrumentation. Estimation methodologies and tools. Project Planning and Scheduling. Project Risk Management. Knowledge of main equipment and material suppliers for construction projects. Knowledge of the construction market in the industry.
