




##### **The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate uploading, reconciliation, and control of accounting information, working closely with the Accounting Coordinator and delivering excellent service to our clients.** ##### **Responsibilities** * Keep **bank feeds and accounting systems** up to date (weekly transaction uploads, reconciliations, and integration reviews). * Perform **monthly reconciliations** of bank accounts, credit cards, and loans. * Monitor and record payroll, sales, and client-specific operational journal entries. * Manage **accounts payable**: invoice entry, coordination with Bill.com/Dext or other platforms, and ensure proper allocation. * Assist in filings and **tax submissions** (sales taxes, business licenses, 1099s, etc.). * Support administrative tasks and accounting close processes (account cleanups, adjustments, client manuals). * Maintain **clear and efficient communication** with clients and internal team members, adhering to established response time guidelines. **Requirements** * Degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in similar roles (Bookkeeper, Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant). * Solid knowledge of **bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounting closing processes**. * Advanced proficiency in **QuickBooks Online (QBO)** and accounting management tools (Bill.com, Dext, or similar). * Bilingual English proficiency. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. ##### **Conditions and benefits** Work arrangement: **100% remote / home office**.
