Key Responsibilities: Lead and comprehensively manage the internship program, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and alignment with business needs. Drive continuous improvement of the program and contribute to early talent identification. * Coordinate the full internship program lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of interns. * Manage contract renewals and ensure timely compliance. * Maintain smooth communication with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and area leaders to guarantee proper program management. * Handle critical cases. * Coordinate the performance evaluation process and ensure its correct implementation. * Identify high-potential talent and propose development actions. * Analyze program metrics and suggest improvements to processes and tools. * Implement initiatives aimed at optimizing program experience and efficiency, as well as fostering networking among interns. * Generate reports and dashboards for tracking program KPIs.
