We’re looking for a **Sales Trainer** to provide ongoing, monthly training for their staff. This is not a full\-time role, but an ongoing contract opportunity to strengthen and sustain the performance of a small sales team.
**Requirements:**
* Proven Track Record in Sales Training: Demonstrated success in improving sales performance, ideally within leisure travel, hospitality, or other service\-driven industries that use consultative selling.
* Customization to the Client’s Brand \& Product: Ability to tailor training to premium, experience\-driven travel offerings, translating general sales techniques into high\-value customer conversations.
* Ongoing Skill Reinforcement: Focus on building a sustained learning program, not just one\-off sessions.
* Strong Coaching \& Feedback Skills: Skilled at listening to calls, providing constructive feedback, and helping agents refine tone, phrasing, and closing techniques.
