Job Summary: We are seeking an Applications Engineer to provide contractual service and technical support to customers, ensuring implementation of standards and supporting sales personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and problem resolution to customers. 2. Ensure implementation of service standards. 3. Evaluate field issues and assist in preparing technical reports. At **Ecolab**, we are seeking an **Applications Engineer** for our **Nalco Water Light** division in the **North Zone**. Primary Responsibilities: * Deliver contractual service and customer assistance with problem resolution related to the Company’s products / applications / solutions. * Guarantee implementation of the Six Service Standards across all customers. * Support district sales personnel in handling the Company’s service call program for existing products and services, and assist in corrective action as appropriate. * Evaluate on-site field problems and operate required test equipment to restore systems to customer compliance. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services upon project request to meet customer needs. Services may include (but are not limited to) field surveys, installation checklists, and implementation assistance services. Minimum Requirements: * Advanced students or graduates in Chemical Engineering. * At least two years of experience in industrial roles. * Intermediate English (Desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Organizational and interpersonal communication skills. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license and at least three years of driving experience. **Our Commitment to an Inclusive and Belonging Culture** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of all employees and applicants, and to promoting equal employment opportunity principles.
