




**The team:** We are the Performance and Rewards (P\&R) experts and North American HR Partners count on us to help them through the related processes. Accenture employees get a year\-over\-year improved experience through our successful partnership with HR and our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) **The role:** Enable and support the P\&R processes across all levels within Accenture Support and advise HR throughout the year on P\&R\-related processes (partnership with HR Leads, Service Delivery Leads (SDL), Inclusion and Diversity Leads and Employee Relations (ER) is expected) Timely maintain status as the subject matter expert on P\&R Processes Proactively partner in the design of P\&R processes/enablement and ensure they are implemented across North America Partner with reporting teams to provide seasonal or ad\-hoc analysis to the specific supporting group/HR Lead/SDL Partner with the Americas Total Rewards team to support off\-cycle processes such as Off Cycle Adjustments and provide guidance to HR on matters related to transfers, market positioning, and similar topics. Partner with the Americas PA team to implement and review PA processes, and provide enablement materials to HR.
