Monitoring and Observability Specialist (Grafana Stack) – 24/7 Service Do you have experience monitoring complex environments and are passionate about modern observability? We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist to join our 24/7 operations team, supporting our highly available platform. What You’ll Do: Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, and metrics using Fluent\-bit, Alloy, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, and Tempo. Automate monitoring and alerting tasks in containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) and VM environments. Define SLIs/SLOs jointly with development and SRE teams. Ensure 24/7 availability of Monitoring and Observability platforms. Create and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, etc.). Requirements ✅ What We Need From You +3 years of experience in monitoring and observability for SaaS and on-premise platforms. Proficiency in the stack (Alloy, Fluent\-bit, Mimir, Loki, Grafana, Tempo). Zabbix proficiency is desirable. Strong Linux skills and experience working with containers. Knowledge of automation and scripting. Experience with alerting and tracing tools. Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fully collaborative environment delivering mission-critical, high-impact solutions that make a real difference for people. Nice-to-Have (but not mandatory) Knowledge of Elastic Stack and OpenTelemetry. Certifications in Kubernetes, Linux, or observability tools. Experience in CI/CD environments.
