Main Responsibilities: - Incident response and resolution for internal users (help desk). - Hardware and software support. - Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications. - Remote and on-site support (access, email, connectivity). - Basic user and network administration. - Incident documentation and escalation. - Collaboration in the implementation of new tools. Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in technical support. - Knowledge of Windows, Linux and/or macOS. - Basic networking, office productivity software, and ticketing tool usage. - Familiarity with information security concepts.
