Attractive employment conditions Important: Local company specializing in construction blacksmithing and metal structures Southern Zone \| Córdoba Capital Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM \| On-site work We are looking for a technical professional with experience in blacksmithing and metal structures, capable of coordinating the workshop’s overall operations, managing the team, and actively participating in production processes—ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency in every project. Requirements * Technical training related to metallurgy, metal construction, welding, or similar fields * Experience in similar roles within metallurgical workshops, construction blacksmithing shops, metal structure fabrication, or related areas * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, cutting, welding, and assembly of structures Main Challenges of the Role * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily workshop production * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to organize fabrication of components and structures * Operate hands-on alongside the team in cutting, welding, assembly, and installation tasks * Control quality of materials, welds, finishes, and finished products * Coordinate the team of welders, blacksmiths, and assistants—assigning tasks and priorities * Manage materials, supplies, and tools to prevent shortages during production * Supervise proper use and maintenance of workshop equipment and machinery * Ensure safe working conditions, order, and cleanliness in the operational area * Maintain records, track production progress, and monitor ongoing jobs Required Skills Problem-solving oriented, results-driven, and accustomed to objective- and deadline-based work Commitment and accountability What We Offer? * Opportunity to join a growing local company, job stability, and a positive work environment * Attractive employment conditions Application Send your updated CV to: cmentaseleccion@gmail.com Subject line: JTEM Salary: $1\.600\.000,00 \- $2\.500\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
