




Job Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual and Lighting Technical Operator to ensure technical quality in events and audiovisual productions, maintain equipment, and resolve technical faults. Real-time detection and resolution of technical faults At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join as an Audiovisual and Lighting Technical Operator for a leading company in the events and audiovisual production industry. What will be your mission? · Guarantee proper installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of image, sound, and lighting equipment, ensuring maximum technical quality for every event, audiovisual production, and institutional activity. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring each project is executed flawlessly and exceeds expectations. --- Main Responsibilities - Set up, configure, and dismantle sound, lighting, and image projection equipment. - Operate audio consoles, lighting consoles, and audiovisual systems during events and presentations. - Conduct pre-event technical tests to ensure proper equipment functionality. - Detect and resolve technical faults in real time during operations. - Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. - Supervise cabling, connections, and technical system distribution. - Ensure compliance with electrical and operational safety standards. - Collaborate with producers, organizers, artists, and other involved teams. - Maintain order, inventory, and preservation of assigned technical equipment. - Prepare reports on technical incidents and equipment status. Requirements Mandatory: - Proven experience in technical operation of sound, image, and lighting. - Ability to set up, operate live, and dismantle equipment. - Skill in rapidly detecting and resolving technical issues. - Basic knowledge of electronic/electrical repair. - Strong willingness to collaborate, proactivity, and responsibility. - Teamwork skills and ability to follow technical instructions. Desirable: - Proficiency in lighting and screen management. - Experience in technical direction or leadership of events. - Relevant technical education (not mandatory).
