Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Shovel Operator to operate a large-scale wheeled loader, load trucks, and assist in organizing the loading face. Key Points: 1. We are currently searching for a Mechanical Shovel Operator to join the team of an aggregates company located in La Calera, Córdoba. Main Responsibilities Operation of large-scale wheeled loader Loading trucks with material excavated by excavators Assisting in maneuvering and organizing the loading face Moving obstacles impeding operational flow (e.g., large rocks) Maintaining order in the work area Coordination with the operator team Minor tasks related to production Desired Profile Experience operating mechanical shovels (wheeled loaders) Strong willingness to work in a team Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and collaboration skills Requirements: Personal transportation Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 07:00–14:15 Saturday: 07:00–11:00 Nexo Group provides services including personnel selection, hiring, administration, as well as comprehensive consulting for organizational and temporary personnel development.
