We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with a degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering to lead the maintenance department within an industrial operation.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Design, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Identify critical machines, processes, and spare parts to ensure operational continuity.
* Manage key departmental indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability, efficiency).
* Lead the maintenance team, promoting the development of technical capabilities.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and autonomous maintenance.
* Coordinate technical interventions, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
* Manage the department’s budget and optimize available resources.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in similar positions (minimum 5 years).
* Engineering degree (mandatory).
* Experience leading maintenance teams.
* Knowledge of industrial processes and maintenance management.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* English (desirable).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of integrated management systems (Quality, Safety, and Environment).
* Experience with TPM or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Knowledge of industrial systems and technical maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic).
