Senior DevOps Developer with a Developer Mindset What are we looking for? A person who combines a DevOps mindset with backend development capabilities. EDUCATION Graduate or advanced student in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related field. **PROVEN EXPERIENCE (2+ years in DevOps)** **CI/CD:** Design, implementation, and maintenance of pipelines in Azure DevOps on AKS environments. **Containers and Orchestration:** Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), including declarative deployments using Flux (GitOps). **Monitoring and Alerts:** Configuration of Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana for centralized tracing and metrics. **PROVEN EXPERIENCE** **Backend:** .NET Core (C#) with Entity Framework and SQL Server. **Messaging:** Design of scalable APIs and best practices for integration with Redis, NATS, or other message brokers. DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES **Frontend:** Experience with Angular, React, or Vue (TypeScript). **IoT:** Integration of sensors and devices into cloud environments. **Technical English:** Fluent reading and writing. **SOFT SKILLS** **Proactivity:** We don’t want you to wait for someone to tell you “fix the bug.” Take initiative and propose improvements before problems escalate. **Teamwork:** Comfortable collaborating with designers, PMs, and Customer Service operators. **Technological Curiosity:** We work with cutting-edge hardware and software. DEVOPS IMPLEMENTATION * Containerize applications (.NET, Node.js, etc.) and deploy them on AKS. * Maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines (DEV, QA, PROD). * Monitor metrics and alerts to ensure uptime and performance. DEVELOPMENT * Participate in the architecture of new products. * Design robust backend APIs and services in .NET Core. * Collaborate on frontend integrations using Ionic or other frameworks. IOT PROJECT COLLABORATION * Design end-to-end flows: from data capture to analysis. * Resolve real-time hardware–cloud integrations. * Document DevOps practices for scalability and consistency.
