Your primary objective will be to transform technical frustration into an excellent customer experience. · What will your challenges be? · * Handle inquiries and complaints from end users regarding cable TV, telephony, and internet services. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues during first contact, avoiding unnecessary on-site technician visits. * Assist with occasional billing-related inquiries. * Ensure high-quality service reflected positively in customer satisfaction surveys. · What are we looking for? · * Prior customer service experience (Mandatory). * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (Preferred). * Completed secondary education (official transcript or certificate required — Mandatory). * Strong empathy, excellent oral communication skills, and problem-solving orientation. * Residence: Resistencia, Chaco, or nearby areas (Mandatory). · Working Conditions: · * Work Mode: 100% On-site * Schedule: Afternoon/Night shift, between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. · At KONECTA, we care about your well-being and support your professional development at every stage of your growth.
