Currently, we are looking for a Traffic Agent to join our Iguazú team to provide support during the summer season. **Responsibilities:** Provide passenger service and conduct flight dispatch in accordance with Flybondi's established quality standards. Carry out activities by working as a team with traffic staff and other involved departments. Prepare required commercial reports. Comply with company procedures and regulations regarding their specific duties, as well as those related to safety, accident prevention, administration, and any other instructions received from the Traffic Supervisor. Requirements **Education:** Completed or ongoing university studies (not exclusive). Experience in customer-facing roles (mandatory). Language: Intermediate level of English (mandatory). Computer skills: Proficiency in Office suite and reservation operating systems (desirable). Full-time availability for rotating shifts (morning\-afternoon\-night).
