Issuing AFIP invoices (Types A/B/C) and organizing digital and physical personnel files. Monitoring consumption in Restaurant, Bar, Housekeeping, and Spa. Conducting daily cash reconciliation and restocking forms and stationery. Managing reservation channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, Despegar, Agoda, and Airbnb. Responding to messages in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Processing direct reservations via WhatsApp, telephone, Instagram, and email. Checking real-time availability and collaborating with Revenue to prevent overbooking. Communicating fluently in Spanish, intermediate/advanced English, and intermediate Portuguese. Using key phrases related to rates, complaints, emergencies, and tourist information. Providing tourist information on the Iguazu Falls, excursions, weather, gastronomy, and local experiences. Booking taxis, transfers, excursions, and activities. Explaining National Park regulations and knowing entrance fees and opening hours. Coordinating with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Security, and Management. Reporting malfunctions and communicating room status (ready, blocked, or with special preferences). Handling complaints with active listening and resolving them within one’s authority. Escalating serious cases and documenting incidents in the daily log. Following up until complaint resolution is completed. Participating in sales and upselling: room upgrades, dinners, room service, massages, excursions, and late check-out. Assisting with sales via WhatsApp and telephone, encouraging direct bookings. Adhering to security procedures and controlling hotel access. Registering external visitors and knowing evacuation and medical emergency protocols. Safeguarding lost-and-found items and the hotel safe. Using tools such as PMS, Channel Manager, POS, WhatsApp Business, corporate email, and Office. Preparing reports: daily log, occupancy, complaints, VIP guests, and shift handovers. Maintaining a professional image, immaculate uniform, and courteous demeanor. Maintaining professionalism under pressure and responsible mobile phone usage. Demonstrating empathy, patience, active listening, immediate problem resolution, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. · · · Requirements: · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar reception or guest service roles.
