Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer to manage service control and operations, ensuring installation, replacement, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage service control and operations 2. Plan and supervise equipment installation and maintenance 3. Analyze data and coordinate corrective actions We are recruiting for a major services company. Work Location: Posadas, Misiones. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time. Work Modality: 100% on-site. Employment Type: Permanent position with benefits commensurate with the role. Objective: Manage service control and operations, ensuring proper installation, replacement, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency. Main job responsibilities will include: - Plan and supervise equipment installation, replacement, and maintenance. - Analyze data to identify deviations, anomalies, or irregular patterns. - Detect and manage technical and non-technical losses. - Coordinate field inspections and corrective actions. - Supervise operational teams responsible for installations and repairs. - Prepare performance reports and propose optimization measures. - Coordinate interventions to repair detected failures. · Requirements: - We are seeking Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related-field engineers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading field technical teams. - Must reside in Posadas, Misiones. - Must hold a valid driver’s license. - Preferred qualifications include: Planning and organization; leadership and development of technical teams; continuous improvement orientation. - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ISO standards (9001, 14000, and 45000). · By applying or proceeding in this process, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Law No. 25,326.
