We are recruiting for a major multinational company. Work Location: Oberá, Misiones Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs. Job Objective: Ensure the organization’s financial stability by guaranteeing accurate, timely, and reliable accounting and financial information to serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making. Act as the liaison between operations, management, and corporate finance. Main Job Responsibilities: - Supervise general accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. - Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations (IFRS, local standards, internal policies). - Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. - Prepare managerial financial reports for senior management. - Analyze costs, margins, and profitability by product, business unit, or project. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and efficient resource utilization. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors. - Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes. - Support strategic decisions from a financial perspective (investments, pricing, efficiency) and generate periodic OPEX/CAPEX performance reports. Requirements: - We are seeking Accountants, Economics Graduates, or related professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably within agribusiness companies. - Intermediate English level (conversation, writing, and reading comprehension). - Must reside in Oberá, Misiones, or nearby areas. - Strong ERP knowledge (Tango) and excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
